Ooitech Delivers 5MW Semi-Automatic Solar Panel Production Line to India

In 2014, Ooitech successfully delivered a 5MW semi-automatic solar panel production line to Cosmic Solar, a leading solar energy company based in India. This project marked one of Ooitech earliest international deployments and demonstrated the company commitment to supporting emerging solar markets worldwide.

The production line included key equipment such as a solar cell tabber stringer, layup station, laminator, framing machine, EL tester, and sun simulator, enabling Cosmic Solar to establish reliable in-house solar module manufacturing capabilities.

This early collaboration highlighted Ooitech ability to provide turnkey solar panel production solutions tailored to the needs of small and medium-scale manufacturers. The successful commissioning and operator training helped Cosmic Solar quickly ramp up production and meet growing domestic demand for solar panels in India.
