The OLS-20E Full Automatic Laser Scribing and Breaking Machine is specially designed for shingled solar cell cutting and breaking. Its core advantage is the dual-laser-head configuration, with two laser units working simultaneously for efficient shingled solar cell processing. An important additional feature is its automatic 1/4 breaking function, while also remaining compatible with 1/2 breaking. This gives manufacturers more flexibility for different shingled solar cell process requirements.

The complete system integrates A/B loading boxes, an automated loading robotic arm, precision positioning mechanism, cutting workbench, X/Y cutting motion modules, dual fiber laser systems, optical path system, unloading robotic arm, automatic breaking mechanism, and finished product storage boxes. This configuration is optimized for efficient, accurate, and continuous shingled solar cell processing.
Working Principle
The equipment operates through a highly automated sequence: the loading robotic arm retrieves solar cells from the loading box and places them on the cutting workbench. The positioning mechanism ensures precise cell alignment before moving to the cutting area. The X/Y cutting modules work in coordination to complete solar cell division with exceptional accuracy. After cutting completion, cells are repositioned and transferred to the breaking mechanism for final separation, with finished cells sorted into designated storage boxes.
