Product Introduction
The SC-20P Automatic Laser Cutting Machine is an upgraded laser cell cutting solution developed on the proven SC-20A platform. It is specially optimized for high-precision processing of BC cells, while also supporting PERC, Topcon, and IBC solar cells. Manufactured by Ooitech, this new-generation model is designed for modern photovoltaic production lines that require better surface protection, cleaner handling, and higher automation.
The key upgrade of the SC-20P is its synchronized paper-cutting protection system for BC cells. During the cutting process, the machine not only cuts the solar cell into 1/2 pieces, but also automatically cuts the protective paper into matching 1/2 sheets at the same time. This means the blue film on BC cells remains protected before and after cutting, greatly reducing the risk of scratches, contamination, and handling damage. Combined with automatic loading, precise positioning, PS fiber laser cutting, and intelligent unloading, the SC-20P offers a more advanced and BC-friendly production solution than the SC-20A.
