Indonesian Customer Adopts Ooitech Flexible Solar Panel Production Line and Technical Solutions

Project Overview

An Indonesian manufacturer has officially adopted a complete flexible solar panel production line supplied by Ooitech, together with a full set of technical solutions. The project represents a significant step forward for flexible photovoltaic manufacturing capability in Southeast Asia, enabling the customer to serve growing demand for lightweight and bendable solar modules across rooftop, marine, and portable energy applications.

Scope of Delivery

The delivered line covers key manufacturing stages for flexible modules, including cell stringing, layup, lamination, and testing. Ooitech engineers worked closely with the client to tailor equipment configuration to local production targets and raw material specifications. The solution supports flexible cell formats commonly used in lightweight PV applications, with attention given to low-temperature lamination and handling of non-rigid substrates.

Technical Support and Training

Beyond hardware delivery, Ooitech provided on-site installation guidance, process commissioning, and operator training. Technicians from the Indonesian factory received hands-on instruction in equipment operation, parameter tuning, and routine maintenance. Process engineers also received training covering material selection, lamination curves, and quality inspection standards for flexible modules.
