Automatic Layup & Bussing Integrated Machine SAW-100A
The Ooitech SAW-100A Automatic Layup & Bussing Integrated Machine is a high-performance solution designed to streamline solar panel manufacturing by combining cell string layup and terminal busbar welding into a single integrated workflow. Engineered for precision and efficiency, this machine is suitable for modern PV module production lines ranging from 5MW to 1GW capacity.
The complete equipment system includes a loading transferring arm, optical fiber sensor detection with mechanical positioning mechanism, ribbon handling mechanism, high frequency electromagnetic welding system, cell string transferring mechanism, automatic temperature control system, terminal lead welding system, and unloading transferring arm.
Working Principle
Cell strings are manually loaded into the string cell tray. The loading transferring arm picks up 2 strings at a time from the loading box and transfers them to the positioning mechanism. Simultaneously, the ribbon handling mechanism cuts the busbar to the set length and transfers it to the belt. The positioned strings are placed onto the busbar, and the high-frequency electromagnetic welding head completes welding on both ends of the string. At the same time, the terminal lead ribbon handling mechanism cuts the busbar ribbon to the required length, transfers it to the corresponding position, and finishes welding. The unloading transferring arm then grabs the assembled strings and places them onto the glass workstation or production streamline.
Reserved space is provided for automatic loading port, automatic loading terminal lead, and insulation sheet integration.
