The OTCY-2754DD comprises a feeding section, Process 1 section, Process 2 section, unloading section, one Roots pump, one vacuum pump, and two distribution cabinets, forming an integrated and efficient lamination line.

###### Loading and Unloading Section

- Horizontal roller transmission controlled by a frequency conversion system ensures adjustable transmission speed that stays synchronized with the feeding and host machine speed
- Liftable universal wheels with manual control for flexible module positioning
- Photoelectric sensors installed at front and rear ends detect module positions and prevent modules from falling during unloading
- Integrated cooling fans beneath the unloading section with touch screen selectable cooling function for laminated modules

###### Advanced Dual Heating System

- Upper and lower electrical heating with a heating rate of no less than 1.5°C/min for rapid and uniform temperature ramp-up
- Lower heating plate constructed from 40mm thick Q235 steel plate with surface irregularity of ≤200um per square meter, ensuring superior flatness
- 28 independent single-point temperature control zones on the lower chamber heating plate, achieving static temperature uniformity of ±2°C across the entire lamination surface
- 6 regional temperature control points on the upper chamber for auxiliary heating with static temperature uniformity of ±5°C
- Standard temperature module with solid state relay precise control delivers outstanding temperature uniformity throughout the lamination cycle
- All temperature measurement points can be individually calibrated and are displayed in real time on the touch screen

###### High-Performance Vacuum System

- Process 1 section utilizes a ZJP600 Roots pump combined with a 2X-70 rotary vane vacuum pump, providing a vacuuming rate of no less than 630 cubic meters per hour
- Process 2 section uses a 2X-70 rotary vane vacuum pump with a vacuuming rate of no less than 70L/S, reaching 120Pa in under 100 seconds
- Ultimate vacuum of the working chamber reaches 40Pa; automatic mode maintains laminating chamber vacuum at no more than 100Pa
- Each chamber features Japanese SMC zero differential pressure pneumatic membrane two-way solenoid valves (VXZ260KG) for vacuum inflation with a freely adjustable inflation rate of 0-70L/S
- SMC pressure sensors in each chamber provide real-time monitoring with Pa-class vacuum gauge displayed on the touch screen
- Full manual override system allows manual inflation and chamber opening during unexpected power failures, minimizing production losses

###### Precision Transmission System

- Gear motor combined with variable frequency speed control and encoder control system drives the high-temperature cloth transmission via chain for precise positioning with repeat positioning accuracy within ±10mm
- Multiple high-temperature cloths connected in a continuous circular motion (large cycle) ensure uninterrupted transmission throughout the lamination process
- Chain tensioning design compensates for chain wear over prolonged use, maintaining smooth and reliable transmission

- Pneumatic lifting controlled by three-position five-way solenoid valves with all key components including cylinders, lifting solenoid valves, and pneumatic solenoid valves sourced from Japanese SMC
