The Ooitech OPT-S110H Offline String EL Tester is a high-performance electroluminescence (EL) inspection system engineered for precise defect detection of solar cell strings. Designed to serve solar panel manufacturers operating production lines from 5MW to 1GW, this offline EL tester provides fast, reliable, and non-destructive quality assessment of soldered cell strings before they proceed to the lamination stage.

By applying a forward bias current through the solar cell string and capturing the resulting infrared luminescence with advanced NIR industrial cameras, the OPT-S110H reveals internal and surface defects that are invisible to the naked eye. The system supports cell sizes ranging from 156mm to 230mm and string lengths up to 1250mm, making it fully compatible with mainstream wafer formats including G1, M6, M10, and M12 used in PERC, TOPCon, IBC, ABC, HPBC, and other advanced cell technologies.
